PPR points from the week's box scores. Projected is the Sleeper projection published for week 6, before any FF Beacon adjustment. Value moves are Dynasty PPR SF on FF Beacon and Redraft 1QB PPR on FF Beacon, from the last value on or before 2026-10-13 to the last on or before 2026-10-20.

Computed . Finals are derived from the two team-defense stat lines of each game. Lines are the closing numbers Draft Kings posted, as ESPN reports them; the implied team totals are the closing total split by the closing spread.

Week 6, part 3 of 6

How the projections did: 49 percent, high at running back

The Sleeper projection was close to a coin flip again in week 6: 123 of 249 graded players beat it, 49 percent, and the average miss was 4.7 PPR points. It ran high at running back, where only 28 of 68 graded backs beat it, 41 percent, and the average back fell 0.6 points short. It ran low at receiver and tight end, where the average player beat it by 1.3 points.

The season lists are the part to act on. Kenneth Walker has beaten his projection in all five graded games, by 8.9 points a game on an average projection of 18.7, and Chuba Hubbard is five for five at 5.6 points a game over. At the other end, A.J. Brown has missed in both graded games by 9.8 points a game, and Jadarian Price is 0 for 3 at 5.9 under. Both lists say the same thing: the number keeps underrating the first two and overrating the second two.

How the Sleeper projection did in week 6

49 percent beat it overall; it ran high at running back, where only 41 percent of graded backs beat it.

  • QB55% beat it, 16 of 29; average miss 4.7 points; lean +0.1
  • RB41% beat it, 28 of 68; average miss 4.6 points; lean -0.6
  • WR52% beat it, 52 of 100; average miss 4.7 points; lean +1.3
  • TE52% beat it, 27 of 52; average miss 4.6 points; lean +1.3
  • All49% beat it, 123 of 249; average miss 4.7 points; lean +0.7, all four positions

The line in each bar is 50 percent. Lean is actual minus projected on average: above zero means the projection ran low.

Season: beat it most reliably

  1. Kenneth WalkerRB KC: beat it in 5 of 5 games, +8.9 a game against 18.7 projected

Season: furthest below it

  1. A.J. BrownWR NE: beat it in 0 of 2 games, -9.8 a game against 15.4 projected
  2. Jayden ReedWR GB: beat it in 0 of 2 games, -8.6 a game against 11.8 projected
  3. Tyson BagentQB CHI: beat it in 0 of 2 games, -7.9 a game against 14.4 projected
  4. Jadarian PriceRB SEA: beat it in 0 of 3 games, -5.9 a game against 10.6 projected
  5. Jaxson DartQB NYG: beat it in 1 of 2 games, -4.8 a game against 18.5 projected

Computed . Graded against the Sleeper projection published for each week, in PPR, before any FF Beacon adjustment. A graded game is one where a projection above zero was published and the player took the field. Mean error is actual minus projected: above zero means the projection ran low. Season lists need 2 graded games; the reliable list counts players projected for 6 or more a game and the laggard list 8 or more.

Injuries and availability: Hurts, Adams, Evans and a week of missing backs

The timeline below places every reported absence by its expected return; most of this week's reports gave no timeline, so most players sit in the list under it. Every report here is from Adam Schefter and is written as reported, because no current page could be read to confirm it. One line per player who matters for fantasy, dynasty first and redraft second:

Who is expected back when

Roman Wilson, around week 10, is the only player this week with a dated return; Hurts and Poona Ford are out for the season and the rest have no stated timeline.

1 player has an expected return between week 10 (Roman Wilson) and week 10 (Roman Wilson). 22 reports gave no timeline.

Week 6, part 6 of 6

What to do this week: claims, a start and the holds

Every call is tied to a report above and a number on the site, and the cards below link each one to the tool that runs it.

  • Claim Dameon Pierce everywhere Barkley is rostered: 15.0 points and a touchdown in Barkley's place, and a redraft value up 1,017. Run the bid through the FAAB calculator; the default range is 3 to 6 percent.
  • Claim Germie Bernard: 11 catches on 12 targets for 25.7 points, and values up 523 in dynasty and 634 in redraft.
  • Claim Brenton Strange if you need a tight end: the calculator's only starter-level bid this week, 12 to 21 percent, with redraft value up 335.
  • Claim Tanner McKee in superflex leagues that roster Hurts; in one-quarterback leagues he is not a start.
  • Start Caleb Williams in superflex against New England; compare him with your other options in Who Should I Start.
  • Hold Davante Adams in an injured reserve slot in redraft and through the procedure in dynasty; hold Lamar Jackson everywhere.
  • Hold Jalen Hurts in dynasty: the market charged 1,195 in superflex for a season that is over. If you want out, price the offer in the trade calculator first.

The value chart shows where the week's money went. C.J. Stroud gained the most, 990 to 5,106 in Dynasty PPR SF, and Green Bay's Jordan Love, Christian Watson and Matthew Golden each rose by more than 880 after the win over Dallas, Watson on only 9.4 points. Anthony Richardson fell the most, 1,931 to 866, with no report in this period to explain it, followed by Hurts at 1,195 and Bo Nix at 844. Switch the table to Redraft 1QB PPR and Likely's 1,041 and Pierce's 1,017 lead the risers, while Richardson's fall shrinks to 3.

Three claims, one start and four holds.

Computed . Risers over the last seven days on FF Beacon, Redraft 1QB PPR, ranked outside the top 108 (a 12-team, 9-starter league's weekly starters), excluding players on the injury timeline. The bid range is the FF Beacon FAAB calculator at its default league shape (12 teams, 9 starters, medium need, 100 budget) as a percent of remaining budget; it is not a league-specific figure and no waiver add-rate data is used. Dynasty columns are Dynasty PPR SF on FF Beacon.

Week 6, questions people ask

Questions people ask

Is Jalen Hurts out for the season?

As reported by Adam Schefter on October 19, yes: doctors found multiple blood clots in his lungs and he is out for the season. The Eagles had placed him on injured reserve on October 17. Tanner McKee started the 25 to 14 loss to Carolina and threw for 215 yards. Hurts's Dynasty PPR SF value fell 1,195 to 4,513 and his Redraft 1QB PPR value fell 573 to 2,889.

How long is Davante Adams out?

Sean McVay said on October 19 that Adams ruptured his hamstring and will miss 6 to 10 weeks, with a tendon procedure planned and a return hoped for around the bye or a little after, as Adam Schefter reported. Adams had 102 PPR points through six games, seventh among receivers; his redraft value fell 372 to 4,558.

Who should I pick up for Saquon Barkley?

Dameon Pierce. He led the Eagles' backs with 12 carries and a touchdown for 15.0 PPR points in Barkley's place, and his Redraft 1QB PPR value rose 1,017. The FAAB calculator's default bid for him is 3 to 6 percent of your budget. Barkley is projected for 14.1 against Dallas if he returns.

Will Lamar Jackson play in week 7?

It is not decided. He missed the Cleveland game with his ankle, and on October 19 Jesse Minter called him day to day and said he could practise this week, as Adam Schefter reported. He is projected for 23.0 points against Cincinnati and is still seventh overall in Dynasty PPR SF at 8,524.
