O'Cyrus Torrence extension removes any holdout risk for Bills
Right guard O'Cyrus Torrence (OL, Buffalo Bills) has agreed to a four-year, $78.4 million extension with the Bills, including $46 million guaranteed, per Adam Schefter and ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg. The contract runs through 2030.
Torrence is 26 years old and was entering the final year of his rookie deal after being drafted in the second round in 2023. He played every offensive snap for Buffalo last season. The $19.6 million average per year makes him the seventh-highest paid guard in the league.
General Manager Brandon Beane has a pattern of locking up core players early. His most recent comparable move was a four-year, $48 million extension for running back James Cook (RB, Buffalo Bills) during training camp in 2025.
What this means for Josh Allen, James Cook fantasy managers
Torrence carries no fantasy value on his own. But stability on the Bills' offensive line matters for the players around him. Torrence was a full-time starter at right guard, and his presence protects Josh Allen (QB, Buffalo Bills) and clears running lanes for Cook.
The extension means there is no contract distraction, no holdout, and no depth-chart uncertainty at that spot heading into the 2026 season. If you are rostering Allen or Cook, this is a quiet positive for their floor.
