A chopped league eliminates the lowest score in the whole league each week.
Sleeper pairs the teams in a chopped league and shows a head to head result for each pair, the same as any other league. Nothing follows from it. Beating the team you were drawn against does not keep you in, and losing to them does not put you out: the one lowest score in the league goes, whoever it played.
So the board carries every projected total and every final score, and no win probability. What that number would have measured is a contest this league is not running.
