Josh Jacobs staying on the Packers roster

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur addressed the status of RB Josh Jacobs directly, saying "I fully anticipate him being a member of our team" after Jacobs was officially charged with battery and criminal damage to property.

LaFleur made the comment following Green Bay's win over the Arizona Cardinals on Friday, after the charges became public.

What this means for fantasy rosters

The legal situation is real, but LaFleur's statement gives no indication the Packers plan to cut or suspend Jacobs in the near term. Hold him where you have him. If that changes, it will be worth monitoring, but right now the team is backing their running back.
