Oweh, Croskey-Merritt, and Chaisson cleared for Sunday

Adam Schefter reports that Odafe Oweh, Jacory Croskey-Merritt, and K'Lavon Chaisson have all been cleared to play in Sunday's season opener against the Eagles. All three are Washington Commanders players.

Note that as of roughly a week ago, head coach Dan Quinn had confirmed Croskey-Merritt and Chaisson were ready to go for the opener, but remained noncommittal on Oweh specifically, saying he wanted to wait until Oweh got through more practices before commenting on his availability. Schefter's post indicates that situation has since resolved in Oweh's favor.

What this means for your roster

If you are starting any of these players Sunday, the Schefter report removes the injury concern that had them questionable. Monitor the official inactive list before kickoff to confirm, but this news points toward all three suiting up.
