Jonathon Cooper on commissioner exempt list

Jonathon Cooper, OLB for the Denver Broncos, is being placed on the NFL commissioner exempt list, per Adam Schefter. Players on the exempt list cannot play in games, making Cooper unavailable for fantasy rosters.

Cooper was involved in two domestic incidents over the summer, was arrested twice, and faces five charges. One of those charges is second-degree felony assault.
