Henry To'oTo'o extension locks him in Houston
LB Henry To'oTo'o (LB, Houston Texans) agreed to a two-year, $16 million contract extension with the Texans, per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport. The deal averages $8 million per year, up from roughly $1 million annually on his rookie contract.
To'oTo'o was a fifth-round pick in the 2023 draft. He outplayed that draft slot quickly. He led the Texans with 105 tackles in 2024, then posted 95 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and four passes defensed across 17 games in 2025. His career totals include 261 tackles, 4 sacks, and 9 pass deflections.
The Texans also had questions entering 2025 about whether To'oTo'o would hold his role alongside Christian Harris and newly added E.J. Speed. He did, and Houston rewarded him for it.
IDP fantasy impact
In standard redraft formats, To'oTo'o has no fantasy value. In IDP leagues, this extension matters. He is a locked-in starter with two straight seasons of 95-plus tackles, which puts him in the upper tier of linebacker scorers. The extension removes any depth-chart uncertainty heading into the new season.
If you roster him in IDP, he is a hold. If he is still available, he belongs in your starting lineup.
