Giants sign LB Chandler Martin after ACL clearance

The New York Giants are signing linebacker Chandler Martin to a one-year contract, according to Adam Schefter. Martin spent last season with the Baltimore Ravens under head coach John Harbaugh before suffering a torn ACL that ended his year early. He has since been cleared.

What this means for fantasy

Martin is a depth linebacker coming off serious knee surgery. Until he appears on the field and builds a role, he has no fantasy value worth acting on. Monitor his snap share in preseason if you play in a deep IDP league. Redraft and dynasty managers can ignore this for now.
