2025 NFL training camp is open across the league

All 32 NFL teams will have reported to 2025 training camp by end of day Wednesday, July 23, per Adam Schefter. Twenty-six clubs checked in Tuesday, the Chargers and Lions came in last week as early arrivals ahead of the Hall of Fame Game, and the Cowboys and Chiefs reported Monday.

The Atlanta Falcons and Pittsburgh Steelers are the last two teams to arrive, reporting Wednesday.

Who reported when

The Chargers (veterans July 16) and Lions (veterans July 19) opened early because they play in the Hall of Fame Game on July 31 in Canton, Ohio, against each other.

The Cowboys and Chiefs reported Monday, July 21.

The 26 teams that reported Tuesday: Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, and Washington Commanders.

What to watch for fantasy rosters

Most teams start actual practice Wednesday. They open in shorts and shells before adding helmets and pads over the following days, so meaningful evaluation of skill players begins this week.

A few storylines worth tracking now:

  • Travis Hunter (WR/CB, Jacksonville Jaguars) is the most talked-about two-way rookie. His receiving role and snap share at wideout will determine his fantasy value, and camp clarity matters here.
  • Aaron Rodgers (QB, Pittsburgh Steelers) is a new face in a new offense. His chemistry with Pittsburgh's receivers will develop fast or slow, affecting everyone around him.
  • The Cleveland Browns quarterback competition is unresolved. Whoever wins that job shapes the fantasy ceiling for their pass catchers.

"Back Together Weekend" runs July 26-27 on NFL Network, giving a first live look at most rosters. Preseason games follow in August before the regular season opens September 5 with the Chiefs hosting the Chargers in Brazil.

If you have a draft before preseason games, camp reports over the next two weeks are your best signal on backfield splits, receiver pecking orders, and any injury concerns to act on before your draft board locks in.
