Michael Penix Jr sitting out Friday's preseason finale

Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Penix Jr will not play in Friday night's preseason finale against the Miami Dolphins, head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters, per Adam Schefter.

Note: earlier reports from The Athletic and SI indicated Stefanski had been non-committal on Penix's availability for this game. Schefter's post is more recent, attributing the decision directly to Stefanski.
