Jaguars Promote Shane Waldron and Heath Farwell With Added Title Designations
The Jacksonville Jaguars announced promotions for two coaches on their staff, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Both coaches retain their existing coordinator duties and simply receive elevated title designations.
Shane Waldron moves from Pass Game Coordinator to Assistant Head Coach/Pass Game Coordinator. Waldron joined Jacksonville in February 2025 after serving as the Chicago Bears' offensive coordinator. He previously worked with head coach Liam Coen on Sean McVay's Los Angeles Rams staff from 2018 to 2020. In his first season with the Jaguars, the offense set franchise records with 474 points, 27.9 points per game, and 55 touchdowns. Sports Illustrated noted Waldron was one of the key drivers behind Trevor Lawrence's career year in 2025.
